Modelos Acústicos y de Vibración

·         By using differentiation matrices and collocation methods we have implemented a numerical scheme to find and explore some solutions of the dynamical equations in modal analysis and in acoustic models.

·         The use of repeated measurements obtained from different non-destructive sensors was incorporated into a Bayesian classifier for data fusion. The effect of correlated data and number of sensor characteristics on the artificial classifier can be explained by an analysis of classification error. A Bayesian data fusion scheme was proposed to reach such error.

·         Time-frequency representation of non-stationary signals is based on continuous wavelet transform technique for detection of artificial damage. This time frequency analysis was used to extract damage features from the detected signals from multi-wire cable.
